During the microneedling procedure, most clients experience minimal discomfort. To ensure your comfort, we apply a topical numbing cream to the treatment area before starting. This helps numb the skin, reducing any pain or irritation. You may feel a slight tingling or sensation of pressure, but it’s generally well-tolerated. While some improvement may be visible immediately after the procedure, the full benefits of microneedling typically become noticeable in about 4 to 6 weeks as your skin starts to heal and produce collagen. For optimal results, multiple sessions may be recommended, spaced about 4 to 6 weeks apart. We’ll discuss a treatment plan tailored to your specific goals during your consultation. 

After a microneedling treatment, you may experience some redness and slight swelling, similar to a mild sunburn, which usually subsides within 24 to 48 hours. However, depending on your skin concerns and goals, we often recommend a series of 2 to 3 treatments spaced about 4 to 6 weeks apart for optimal results. After your initial sessions, maintenance treatments can be done every 6 to 12 months to keep your skin looking refreshed and rejuvenated.
